Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all users of the Platform, including Business Users and Consumers/visitors. For Consumer-facing use, see the Website & Consumer Terms of Use. For Business Services, see the Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Send spam, phishing, or unauthorized marketing, or violate Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) or any applicable telemarketing or text-messaging law
- Collect, disclose, or misuse personal information without authorization
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass security
- Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, or overload the Platform, or access it by automated means without authorization
- Post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or harassing content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
- Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' access
- Use the Platform to facilitate fraud or deceptive practices
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform to any third party, or use it to build or benchmark a competing product or service
- Circumvent usage limits, messaging allowances, seat limits, or billing controls
- Use the Platform in any manner that exposes Belle Biz to legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk
2. Enforcement
Belle Biz may investigate suspected violations and may, immediately and without prior notice where circumstances warrant, suspend or terminate accounts, remove or restrict content, disable features, or restrict access, as described in the applicable terms. Belle Biz determines in its reasonable discretion whether a violation has occurred. No refund or credit is due for any period of suspension or termination arising from a violation of this AUP. Belle Biz may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, regulators, or affected third parties where it believes disclosure is required or appropriate.
