• Check-in information (for example, entering your phone number in a check-in flow or using a QR code)

We may also collect basic device and usage data (like IP address and page interactions) to help keep the platform secure and working properly.

Who Uses Your Information?

• The Business you book with uses your information to manage your appointment and provide services.
• Belle Biz provides the booking and check-in technology and processes information to operate, secure, and support the platform. Belle Biz is a technology provider, not the provider of the salon or spa services you book. The Business — not Belle Biz — sets its own prices, services, staffing, cancellation and refund policies, and is responsible for the services it delivers to you.

Messages (SMS/Email)

You may receive appointment confirmations and reminders. If the Business sends promotional messages, the Business — not Belle Biz — is responsible for managing permissions/consents and honoring opt-outs. You can follow the opt-out instructions included in messages (for example, “STOP” for SMS where provided).

Payments (If Enabled)

If you pay online, payments are handled by third-party payment/merchant providers. Belle Biz does not store full payment card numbers.

Your Choices and Requests

To access or correct your booking information, or to change marketing preferences, you may need to contact the Business you booked with.
