This Subprocessor List describes categories of third parties that Belle Biz may use to process personal information to operate and support the Platform.

1. What is a Subprocessor?

A “subprocessor” is a third party Belle Biz uses to process personal information on our behalf.

2. Subprocessor Categories

The categories below are illustrative and not exhaustive. Belle Biz may add, remove, or change subprocessors at any time; posting an updated list to this page constitutes notice of the change.

2.1 Infrastructure and Hosting

Hosting the Platform, data storage, backups, performance and availability.

2.2 Messaging and Communications (Email/SMS)

Message delivery, delivery logs/metadata, opt-out and suppression signals.

2.3 Analytics and Performance Monitoring

Usage measurement, diagnostics, error monitoring, performance insights.

2.4 Security, Fraud Prevention, and Abuse Detection

Security telemetry, audit logs, fraud detection, access control.

2.5 Customer Support and Ticketing Tools

Support requests, communications, attachments provided to support.

2.6 Payment and Merchant Services Providers (Where Enabled)

Payment processing by third parties; Belle Biz may receive limited integration metadata for reporting/troubleshooting. Belle Biz does not store full card numbers.

2.7 Professional Services Tooling (Website / SEO / Social Media)

Tools used to deliver Professional Services (site configuration, analytics, workflow, approvals).

2.8 Business Productivity and Collaboration Tools

Internal operations necessary to support service delivery.

2.9 Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Providers

Model providers used to power assistant, drafting, summarization, and automated support features. Inputs submitted to these features may be transmitted to and processed by such providers to generate responses.

3. Cross-Border Processing

Subprocessors may process information in Canada and other jurisdictions (including the United States). We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of information.

We may update this list and revise the “Last Updated” date. Posting an updated list to this page constitutes notice.
